It was five years ago, on my annual trip to Leeds Festival that I became a caravan lover. That year I didn’t have an early pass and was desperate to find a place to camp before there was no space left when the strap on my main rucksack broke. There is nothing better than a glass of Scrumpy cider after a long day of surfing in Cornwall or Devon but there is nothing as bad as trying to get warm and dry in an already damp tent. This is one of the reasons why I no longer camp on my annual pilgrimage to the beach.
