2010 Health Care Reform: One Year Later
It seems like only yesterday that US President Barack Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) right along with the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. All the chaos that surrounded the proceedings before, during and after that historic day now just seem like useless semantics. However the outcome was something quite extraordinary.
