There are some rules and regulations in every profession that should be abided by its practitioners. In case of failure of exercising necessary guidelines, it becomes a case against the person of professional negligence. In other words, people from different professions are expected to be careful in relation to their profession. Examples of these occupations are namely medicine, law or advisory services. Services are expected in all these dimensions, and when a certain professional fails to deliver the services by virtue of his negligence and carelessness, and not by accident, he/she has to pay a price for it.
